- About Submission of Notification of Academic Advisors and Degree to be Awarded (Update:September 20th, 2024)
- Please submit this notification at the time of enrollment. If there has been any change, please let us know each time.
- Application for Check Grades
- Regarding grade confirmation (Grade Correction Request)
If you have any issues with your grades for courses in the Graduate School of Urban Innovation, register your issue with the Graduate School of Urban Innovation Section using the specified form within two weeks of the announcement of said grades in the Educational Affairs Information System.
The contents of the issues will be reviewed by the Graduate School of Urban Innovation. We reply to the applicant with the results after the Head will confirm the details.
ABOUT ISSUING CERTIFICATE
Certification can be issued with Certificate Issuing Machine. However, few kind of Certificate( ex. Certificate written English) cannot be issued with the machine. For getting these certificates, please submit “Application for Certificate” to us after filling cells. To issue certificate takes 3days to one week, please make sure about it.
For graduates,please refer to YNU website.

ABOUT LONG ABSENT
Leave of absence
If you cannot avoid to absent from YNU three month or more because of disease or other special reason, you can leave of absence under President’s Permission . If you are considering on “leave of absence”, please consult with your academic advisor and ask Urban Innovation Study Affairs Section to get the Application Form.
Return to YNU
You can return to YNU under President’s Permission when the reason for leave of absence has extinguished. If you are considering on “leave of absence”, consult with your academic advisor and ask Urban Innovation Study Affairs Section to get the Application Form.
Withdraw from University
I f you are considering dropping/withdrawing, please consult with your academic advisor and ask Urban Innovation Study Affairs Section to get the Application Form. You should submit the application with the statement of detailed reason to us.
NOTIFICATION OF AN ACCIDENT
When an accident occurred, please inform a staff or Research Supervisor of that immediately.

ABOUT OVERSEAS TRAVEL
If you are planning to travel abroad, please check "Crisis Management and Overseas Travel Safety Information" and preparations in advance.
- YNU Notification of Overseas Travel
- Travel for private purposes, business trip, and programs organized by YNU, please fill out this form and submit it online. After submitting the online form, please print out the confirmation page or convert PDF and submit it to the Graduate School of Urban Innovation Section before your departure.
- Written Oath for the overseas dispatch programs
- If you are going overseas through the overseas dispatch programs, please check “Crisis Management and Overseas Travel Safety Information” and read the Guidelines and then submit "the Written Oath" to the Graduate School of Urban Innovation Section before your departure.

e-learning course " 海外安全講習 (free translation:Overseas Safety Training) "
If you are going overseas through the overseas dispatch programs, you need to take the e-learning. After register “Overseas Safety Training [XRCRI19]” into the LMS, please take the training and "Comprehension Confirmation Test" until you pass.
